Fuels
The traditional concept of fuels as only being oil, coal , and natural gas is no longer valid. The search for alternative fuels is an active one for two reasons:
1. To lessen our reliance on imported oil
2. To efficiently dispose of many of our waste products, such as sewage sludge, tires, agricultural products, waste solvents, etc.
PTL is equipped to perform many of the common ASTM procedures for liquid and solid fuels.
